OUR STORY
Our story begins in the year 1970 as a small factory. Our founder Mr Abdul Rashid Bhat started off this company with a vision of making finest Kashmiri Hand-Knotted Rugs. We began manufacturing Silk rugs in villages and cities across Kashmir, In our initial days we just started off with 10 Artisans and today 51 years down the line we have at Kalbaaf are a family of more than 3000 Artisans, Designers, Dyeing experts and allied support staff. We initially stated selling our products locally and soon after the early success we made it big with exporting to countries all over the world.
Customers from all over the world order our products due to the high quality of our products and the trust factor we have earned over the years. Kalbaaf makes its products with highest grade Silk and we expertise in making the high knot count carpets and rugs. Joining the E-Commerce revolution worldwide we decided to sell directly through our website and let our customers have an option to customize their rugs as per their specifications.
